Shipping & delivery
We dispatch every order within 1-3 business days and email you a tracking number. Shipping is a flat €9.99 per order, and free on orders of €49 or more.

These estimates run from the day you order to the day the parcel arrives, so they include the 1-3 business days we need to dispatch it.
Parts dispatched from an EU warehouse
Some parts can be dispatched from a warehouse inside the EU. For those parts, the product page has a Dispatch from option with Germany, Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, France or Belgium. Choosing one of these gives an estimated delivery of 4-8 business days to an EU address.

Duties and taxes
- United States: US prices include import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. We pay the US import charges when we dispatch your order.
- UK and EU: our prices include VAT where it applies. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge on an order to a UK or EU address, email us with your order number before you pay.
- Other countries: local import duties or taxes may apply. They are set by your country's customs authority.
Tracking
We email a tracking number for every order once it has been dispatched. If your order contains several parts, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
If your parcel is late
If your parcel hasn't arrived by the end of the delivery window for your region, email info@bmwmods.com with your order number. We will check the tracking with the carrier and tell you what happens next.
Returns
You can return unused parts within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first for the return address. See our refund policy and fit guarantee.
