How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8 to 15 business days to the UK and Europe, 10 to 20 to the US and Canada, and 12 to 25 to the rest of the world. Parts sent from an EU warehouse reach EU addresses in 4 to 8 business days. Every order is tracked.
Do US customers pay import duties?
No. US prices include import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. We pay the US import charges when we dispatch your order.
Can I return a part?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition. Email info@bmwmods.com first and we'll send the return address. For a change of mind, you pay the return postage. Faulty items are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee.
What does the fit guarantee cover?
If a part doesn't fit the car or panel shown in its fitment table, we send a replacement or give a full refund, including return postage. If return postage would cost more than the part, we may refund without asking for it back.
