Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on bmwmods.com, a shop run by MB Variantai (company code 306133252), Dailidžių k. 7, Trakų r., LT-21177, Lithuania. Questions: info@bmwmods.com.

  • You can return unused parts within 30 days of delivery.
  • If a part doesn't fit the car or panel shown in its fitment table, our fit guarantee covers you, including return postage.
  • Faulty parts are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law.
  • Always email us before sending anything back. We will give you the return address.
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

Your right to return a part

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days from delivery. The part must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

The 30 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the part. If an order arrives in several parcels, they start on the day the last parcel arrives.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@bmwmods.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the part or parts you want to return and, if you like, the reason. A clear statement by email is enough; you don't need a form.
  2. We reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and any instructions.
  3. Pack the part securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we give you. Please keep your proof of postage.

Please don't send parts to any other address, including the sender address shown on your parcel. Returns sent to another address may not reach us, and we can't refund a part we haven't received.

Return postage

  • Change of mind: you pay the cost of sending the part back.
  • Fit guarantee claims, faulty parts, damaged parts or the wrong part: we cover the return postage.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. We refund to the payment method you used for the order, unless we agree otherwise with you. You won't be charged a fee for the refund.

If you return a whole order under your 14-day legal right of withdrawal, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We don't refund any extra cost of a delivery method you chose that was more expensive than our standard delivery.

Fit guarantee

Every part we sell has a fitment table listing the chassis codes, approximate years and notes such as LCI or pre-LCI, drive side or panel layout. If a part doesn't fit a car or panel that matches its fitment table, we send a replacement or give you a full refund, including return postage. If the return postage would cost more than the part, we may refund you without asking for the part back.

To claim, email info@bmwmods.com with your order number and photos of the part next to the part or panel it should replace, plus a photo of your car's VIN label or registration document (you can cover personal details).

The fit guarantee doesn't apply if your car has a different chassis code, version or drive side from those listed in the fitment table, or if the area where the part fits has been modified from factory specification. You can still return an unused part within 30 days under this policy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect parts

Parts that are faulty or not as described are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law, from the date of delivery. If a part arrives damaged, stops working because of a defect, or isn't the part you ordered, email us with your order number and photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Used or installed parts

Please check a part against your car before fitting it permanently. If you return a part that has been used, installed, modified or wired in, and it isn't faulty and does fit a car shown in its fitment table, we may reduce your refund by the loss in value caused by that handling, as EU consumer law allows. This doesn't limit your rights for faulty parts or under the fit guarantee.
