Acrylic LED Ambient Light Kit with App, 6 to 18 Pieces, universal fit for BMW

An aftermarket ambient lighting kit that adds glowing acrylic strips to the dashboard and doors, controlled from a phone app over Bluetooth. Larger kits add footwell, door-bowl and storage-tray lights. It works in any BMW, including models that never had factory ambient lighting, because the strips are cut and routed to suit your trim.

Fitment

Check before ordering: Symphony and 64-color kits work differently: only Symphony shows several colors at once and supports dual-zone mode. The main controller and each of the four sub-controllers needs its own 5-12 V power feed, so plan where you will take power from (for example the door feeds). Symphony A and B differ only in strip lengths.

FAQ

Does it link to the BMW iDrive ambient light settings?

No. It is a separate system with its own controllers and is set from the phone app, not from iDrive.

Symphony or 64-color: which should I choose?

Choose Symphony if you want several colors at once, flowing effects and separate front and rear zones. The 64-color kit shows one color at a time and suits a simpler setup.

Why do some strips stay dark after fitting?

Each strip must be assigned to a position in the app, and every sub-controller needs its own power feed and a connection to the main controller. Check the plugs are fully pushed in.

Can I shorten the strips?

Yes, but only with the power disconnected. Cutting a live strip can damage it.

Does it need coding?

No coding is involved. The kit runs from its own controllers powered by 12 V.
